ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

- Monthly Memberships: 3-month minimum commitment. Up to 2 freezes per year, with a 2-week minimum. Cancellations require 30 days’ email notice before the next billing date.
- Student Memberships: 3-month minimum commitment. A valid student ID for the current academic year must be on file at all times. Freezes have a 1-month minimum. Once reactivated, memberships must remain active for at least 1 month before being frozen again. Cancellations require 30 days’ email notice before the next billing date.
- Annual Memberships: Cannot be frozen, paused, or extended.
